FAIR RETURN, REFUND, & EXCHANGE POLICY

Should any problems arise, rest assured they will be resolved by our dedicated customer representatives within 24 hours.

Should you wish to exchange an item or get a refund, kindly contact us via email (inquiry@taloulou.com) within 3 days of receipt. We will gladly refund or exchange your item/s within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were upon delivery and in their original packaging.

To complete your return, we would require a receipt or proof of purchase. For an item that shows any damage upon receipt, kindly send us a photo of the item showing this.

Only a partial refund will be granted if the item is not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error and if the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we have received the item that you would like to return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you whether or not an exchange or refund is applicable (whether partial or full).

CUSTOMIZE IT

COLOR & FABRIC

  • Choose your preferred color/s depending on your chosen option (classic, premium, or bespoke).
  • You may refer to the image of the color palette provided in each product page.
  • Should you wish to incorporate our printed silk or printed chiffon to your chosen style (e.g. as the strap, part of the dress, bag handle etc.), kindly include this in your customization instructions so we can send you the list of on-hand prints.
  • You may opt to choose different colors per item (e.g. body of dress in black and straps of dress in white). 
  • Unless otherwise requested, fabrics will be chosen by Ta LouLou according to the type of fabric/s originally used for your chosen style, in the exact shade or shade closest to your preferred color.
  • For limited-edition fabrics (e.g. eyelet, dotted, pleated, silk, satin, tulle, chiffon, crepe spandex etc.), kindly contact us to request for available color swatches.

FLOWERS

  • You may opt to add or exclude our signature handsewn flowers.
  • You may customize the placement and/or size of the flowers.
  • You may customize the color/s of the flowers.

STRAP & SLEEVE STYLE

  • You may choose from our selection of strap styles or indicate your preferred strap style in your customization instructions.
  • If applicable to the style you've chosen, you may opt to go for interchangeable straps (maximum of 4 strap styles). Kindly indicate the strap styles you would like in your. customization instructions.
  • You may opt to add sleeves and customize the sleeve style.

LENGTH

Length adjustment is free. Kindly send us your preferred measurements in inches.

HEM STYLE, NECKLINE, ETC.

  • You may opt to customize various parts of the dress (e.g. straight neckline instead of V-neck). Kindly include this in your customization instructions so we can make proper recommendations.

MINOR ADJUSTMENTS

Minor adjustments (e.g. measurement adjustment for one body part, higher back to cover bra line, inclusion of bra pads if possible for style etc.) are free of charge.

OTHERS

  • For design requests not included here, kindly contact us for further assistance.
  • You may also opt to get the women's version of any style from our children's wear line and vice versa.

FAQs

HOW TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR TA LOULOU PIECE 

All designs are fully customizable. Once you've added the item to your cart,  you will see a text box/cart note where you may indicate your instructions.

Should you prefer a fabric that is different from the fabric originally used (as stated in the product description), standard fees may apply. Should this be the case, a customer service representative will get in touch with you or you may also contact us for further assistance. 

Unless otherwise requested, fabrics will be chosen by Ta LouLou according to the type of fabric/s originally used for your chosen style, in the exact shade or shade closest to your preferred color.

ALTERATIONS

We accept alterations. Standard fees may apply depending on the type of alteration. Kindly contact us so a customer service representative can assist you.  

STANDARD DELIVERY

Our standard delivery is within 21 business days. For cotton linen and cotton twill, delivery may be within 14 business days. For gowns and other formalwear, lead time may vary.

For rush orders (minimum of 3 days depending on availability of preferred fabric/color), standard fees may apply. Orders to be delivered within 1 week are considered rush orders.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
